Biography

Prof. Dr. Benedikt Hackl is Head of the research centres HR|Impulsgeber and Management Analytics – Department for Digitalisation, Agility and Leadership in Munich, Germany. His research focuses on the future of work, rethinking of leadership and performance systems as well as innovation culture in corporations.

He is not only known as an author of several papers on human resources management, new work and innovation (e.g. in the Harvard Business Manager) and books examining different topics on New Work, but also frequently acts as a keynote speaker at conferences and workshops.

Besides being a Professor in Business Management and HR, Benedikt Hackl has also worked as a consultant and department leader in the automobile industry for many years. Furthermore, he engages himself in projects regarding productivity, HR-strategies and transformation.

Together with Philipp Lahm, he is currently organising the „21. Space for business development“ for the formation of new leadership, where trainings, workshops and discussions about innovation and leadership are to be established.
