Who We’re Looking For
- Have experience working in or wish to learn about – outreach and partnerships coordinators, communication, content creation and marketing, event managers and logistics coordinators, research enthusiasts and academic consultants.
- A collaborative mindset to work within a diverse, international team.
- Strong organisational skills to manage tasks and deadlines while working completely remotely.

Event Management & Logistics
- Coordinating event schedules, venues, and programs.
- Managing on-site and virtual logistics for a seamless experience.
- Ensuring smooth communication across all aspects of the conference.
Marketing & Communications
- Crafting compelling social media posts and campaigns to promote ACMC globally.
- Writing newsletters, blogs, and press releases to engage our community.
- Building engagement strategies to connect with attendees, partners, and the public.
Partnership Development
- Reaching out to cultural organizations, sponsors, and academic institutions to form meaningful collaborations.
- Strengthening relationships with existing partners and fostering new ones.
- Representing ACMC to a diverse range of stakeholders.
Research & Program Development
- Curating innovative themes and discussion topics.
- Identifying and reaching out to speakers, panelists, and contributors.
- Ensuring the intellectual and creative excellence of the conference.
Graphic Design & Media Creation
- Designing eye-catching visuals for social media, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Creating videos, posters, and other assets to showcase ACMC’s vision.
- Enhancing ACMC’s visual identity to stand out globally.
Fundraising & Sponsorship
- Writing grant applications and sponsorship proposals.
- Developing creative strategies to secure funding for the conference.
- Building and maintaining relationships with donors and sponsors.
Technology & IT Support
- Managing virtual platforms and hybrid event setups.
- Ensuring the technical aspects of the conference run smoothly.
- Supporting website development and updates.
